I was going through a shift in Life during this time. I was leaving a version of myself and stepping into a new one. This piece was one that guided me most of the time. Transformation into a new self. New energy. New focus. At the end when I finally stepped back, it was like I had finally arrived.

This was created early in my artist journey. I remember colors calling out, almost exploding in order to identify itself. Oddly, my initial move was to paint the canvas black, though. So, I did. Then, layer after layer, flow state became steady...I felt like I was leveling up. My volume turned up. I was vibrating. Each swipe of my palette knife felt as if I was tuning in. Like you would on a radio as if you were dialing in, ya know. I stepped back from afar and saw it. Saw what we are...the title was only fitting.
